How long does my order take to be shipped?
Please note that all purchases are made to order. We allow 2-3 business days for each order to be completed. Personalised orders can take up to 4-8 business days (sometimes more depending on your order). If you require an urgent order, please Contact Us to see if your deadline is possible BEFORE placing your order. We will always try to meet your deadline as best we can! Please note extra costs may apply for urgent orders.
How long does my order take to arrive?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to allow you to track your order and see when it will arrive. Our postage does not include a signature, unless this is chosen at checkout, it will be left in a safe place (if safe to do so). By selecting the 'Authority to Leave' option, we do not accept any liability for lost parcels.
How much is postage?
Postage cost within Victoria: $10 flat rate
Postage cost interstate: $15 flat rate
Express postage is also available at an additional cost
Free postage is applied to all orders $150+
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following methods: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Humm & Laybuy. Please contact us if you would like to pay by any other means and we may be able to help you.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
No refunds or exchanges will be given for a change of mind. If your order arrives & it is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately on the day of receiving the order, with photographic evidence.
How do I use my candle correctly?
All orders come with an instruction sheet. Please also refer to our Candle Care page for all you need to know!
